Miguel Belló is the Director General of the Spanish Space Agency and Commissioner for the Aerospace Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation (PERTE) Plan at the Ministry of Science and Innovation in Spain. He oversees a €4.5 billion program for the aerospace sector, reporting directly to the Minister. He is also Spain's Head of Delegation in the European Space Agency (ESA), Vice Chairman of the ESA Council. With 40 years of experience in the space sector, he played a crucial role in launching and managing Earth Observation satellites. Miguel holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and is an esteemed member of various international space organizations.
